Description
Shambhala Yoga Centre is the first yoga center on Koh Tao, established in 1997 with a mission to spread peace, love, and happiness. The center is located within the Slumber Party Resort (formerly Blue Wind Resort) on North Sairee Beach, just 50 meters from the shore.
This yoga center features highly qualified and internationally experienced instructors who are passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga. Coming from different parts of the world, they are dedicated to integrating various traditions and practices to help practitioners explore and express their true selves. Additionally, Shambhala Yoga Centre provides a safe, sacred, and welcoming space for everyone to relax, release stress, and connect with themselves and others.
